NCI Molecular Imaging Program
The goals of the NCI Molecular Imaging Program (MIP) are to develop and test new imaging agents for use in cancer patients.
The NCI MIP is directed by Dr. Peter L. Choyke and is a multidisciplinary group consisting of imaging scientists, chemists, physicists, engineers and molecular biologists. The primary focus is on the clinical translation of targeted imaging agents for cancer imaging. There three primary research tasks consist of MRI, Optical and Radionuclide/PET.
NIH Molecular Imaging & Contrast Agent Database
The Molecular Imaging and Contrast Agent Database (MICAD) is an online source of information on in vivo molecular imaging agents based on recommendations from the extramural community.
