Bioactivity:

In vitro - 10 ug of 11B.11 will neutralize 2000 units (1 ng) of murine IL-4.

In vivo - 5 mg of 11B.11 per week per mouse will significantly reduce endogenous IL-4 levels in most experimental situations.
