Process: Clarified with filtration through gauze and 5.0 micron filters. Precipitation with 20% sodium sulfate, dialysis against PBS, pH 7.4. Heat inactivation at 56o C, high speed centrifugation at 30,000 rpm for 3 hours, diluted to 19.2 mg/ml protein with sterile PBS and dispensed as 1.0 ml sterile filtered aliquots.
