Provider makes no representations that the use of the Research Material will not infringe any patent or proprietary rights of third parties. The Total Amount Due should be paid within thirty (30) days of the date of the invoice. Failure to remit payment in a timely manner may lead to the customer being prohibited from placing future orders. Should the purchaser find the above terms and conditions of sale to be UNACCEPTABLE, the purchaser shall contact the NCI Animal Production Program by Phone (301-846-1151) or Fax (301-846-1694) and cancel the order within twenty-four (24) hours of the date and time the order was placed.
