Conference Program
The focus of this
meeting is the scientific exchange and dissemination of the technical
aspects of Capillary Electrophoresis (CE) and proteomics. We invite
discussion of creative and innovative new approaches and
techniques. We encourage participation at this conference and recommend
expedient registration and abstract submittal.
The format will include oral and poster presentations by invited speakers
and individual conference participants. Invited
speakers will provide expert overviews of the basic aspects and applications
of CE, Capillary Electochromatography (CEC), Micellar Electrokinetic
Capillary Chromatography (MECC), Resolution Multidimensional Separations,
CE/MS/MS and nano-HPLC/MS/MS separation and identification of peptides
and proteins. Also, the application of CE to the separation of small
ions as well as large biomolecules with emphasis on pharmaceutical, biochemical,
and biomedical applications. Plenary lectures will
be
given by distinguished invited speakers.
The conference will convene at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, October 17, 2005
on the NCI at Frederick campus and is scheduled to adjourn Tuesday,
October 18. Morning and afternoon sessions will include lectures and
