Location and Accommodations
The Conference on
Capillary Electrophoresis will be held in the Conference Center, Building
549, on the National Cancer Institute at Frederick campus, located
at
Fort Detrick in Frederick, Maryland. Frederick is located
approximately 50 miles north of Washington, DC. The three metropolitan
airports,
Ronald
Reagan National Airport, Dulles International, and Baltimore-Washington
International, are all relatively equal distance from Frederick; however,
there is no public transportation available. We recommend that you
consider car rental or taxi/airport limousine service. Information
on visiting NCI-Frederick can be found on the NCI-Frederick website,
including maps to NCI-Frederick and a map of the NCI-Frederick campus.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Holiday Inn-Ft. Detrick,
301-662-5141. A special discount rate of $65.00 per night is offered.
In making your reservation, please indicate your participation in the
