Office of Scientific Operations, Office of the Director, NCI-Frederick

The Office of Scientific Operations serves as the NCI Project Office for the NCI-Frederick Operations and Technical Support (OTS), Computer & Statistical Services (C&SS), and Scientific Library contracts. The OTS contract is presently held by Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) Frederick, while the C&SS contract is held by Data Management Services, Inc. (DMS) and the Scientific Library contract is presently held by Wilson Information Services Corporation (WISC). As such, the Director, Office of the Scientific Operations is the focal point for development and coordination of contractor requirements. This Office also provides overall scientific administrative manangement, as well as program planning, for the NCI-Frederick.
